DELIVERY:

Stock items: Computer control assures at least a partial shipment. In most cases the same day order is received with shipping done to shortly before closing. Specials are delivered to meet unusual customer requirements if at all possible with premium routing to reduce shipping delays.

SHIPMENTS:

By UPS or USPS with full insurance unless otherwise requested. Premium routing for overnight delivery include UPS RED or FEDERAL EXPRESS and other carriers. UPS BLUE available for lower cost priority service. Shipping charges are added to invoice except on orders of $500.00 or more beyond shipping zone 3 which are sent by UPS BLUE at no charge.

QUANTITY:

Exact quantity ordered is shipped on stock items. ±10% variation on specials is considered completion and acceptance of the contract. All counting is done on electronic scales to extra close accuracies.

RETURNS / REJECTIONS:

Write, call or fax before returning merchandise. A 10% handling charge plus all return and original shipping charges apply when not due to our error.

COMMUNICATIONS:

All dealings are direct from our factory. Our working hours are from 8:00 AM to Noon and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday. Our answering system receives calls during non-working hours and our FAX receives 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All systems are closely monitored and we return all communications at the earliest possible moment. No order or request is too small for our full interest and attention. We require no minimum value for your order. We have been in business for over 75 years and our longevity is based on offering products of the highest quality and service to meet customer needs.

CREDIT:

Open account shipments made to all favorably rated in Dun & Bradstreet or who furnish satisfactory credit references (allow three weeks processing). C.O.D. orders are accepted for stock items only and will specify cash or equivalent upon receipt. Checks sent in advance must cover full amount of order and shipping. Fixed shipping charges for all credit, cash in advance and C.O.D. orders are $7.50 for UPS or USPS, $15.00 for UPS BLUE and $25.00 for UPS RED. Add $5.00 for C.O.D. Other airborne services will be sent collect, but most do not accept C.O.D. shipments on merchandise value. Massachusetts customers must add 5% sales tax unless Form ST-12 (Exempt Use Certificate) is on file with us.
