RANGE: Diameters from .020" to .250" (0.5-6.00mm) and Threads from 40 to 200 TPI (.125-60mm) and the Unified Miniature series. Accuracies to .0001".

MATERIALS: Brass, steel, all types of stainless steels, aluminum, copper, bronze beryllium copper, tantalum, monel, inconel, carbon and high speed drill rods and other special metallic materials.

SECOND OPERATIONS: Deburring, drilling, tapping, broaching, flat die and through feed rotary die thread rolling; thread, O.D. and centerless grinding, lapping, special inspections and constant temperature measurement.

HEAT TREATING: Bright vacuum hardening and annealing; high speed, carbon, stainless steels and other materials.
