MINIATURE THREAD ROLLING
Special order small flat die and through feed rotary die thread rolling is available in the size range of 0.50UNM and 0000-160 to 1.40UNM and 4-40 on lengths from .060" to several feet. Specials can be made in our range of 40 to 400 TPI and .125- .6 Metric Pitches with diameters from .020" to .250" (.5mm to 6.0mm). All metallic materials can be rolled and lower cost automatic feeding is available for larger runs on lengths up to one inch. Full form threads, more uniform lead and pitch diameter control and the rolling process assure you of the most accurate and strongest part in these tiny sizes.
